Anca Cristina Baciu is an Associate Professor at the Department of Social Work at the Faculty of Sociology and Social Work. She has been teaching at Babeș-Bolyai University since 1994, when she got her bachelor's degree in social work, and the master's degree in Organization and administration in social work (1995). In 2007 and got her PhD in psychology. She was a member in more than 10 national and international research and intervention projects and UBB Project Director in the "Inclusiv project - Network of support centers for the integration of vulnerable people on the labor market in 6 regions of Romania, during 2014-2016". She teaches courses in: Methods of social work: community development; Adoption and family placement, Social work and unemployment; Children, education and school inclusion, Models of intervention in the community; Theory and analysis of conflict: the perspective mediation, and coordinates the students' professional practice.
