Brigitta Antal is a graduate of the Bachelor’s programme in Human Resources at the Faculty of Sociology and Social Work (Class of 2023) and has professional experience in both human resources administration and data management and digital transformation. She began her career in HR, where she was involved in personnel administration processes. She later expanded her experience in HR Operations within an international company.

She currently works as a Data Projects Specialist, where she is involved in international data integration projects. Her role involves collaborating with international teams, contributing to project testing and implementation stages, and identifying and resolving data quality issues.

Her experience at the intersection of HR, technology, and data provides her with a practical perspective on how digital systems and tools support HR activities. She is particularly interested in HRIS and in using technology to streamline and improve human resources processes.
