Human Resources Management 

The program provides students with comprehensive theoretical, methodological, and practical training that is embodied in the transmission of instrumental-applicative skills that are beneficial from the standpoint of labor market insertion as well as for the development of scientific research capacities in order to advance to the next training stage, doctoral studies. The program offers theoretical, methodological and applied training in sociology, social psychology, organizational psychology, organization and project management, scientific research methodology, quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques of socio-economic data, strategies and methods for selecting and recruiting human resources, organizational evaluation methods, organizational planning strategies, mediation and negotiation techniques for labor relations, strategies for planning professional training and evaluating occupational dynamics on the labor market.

  • in-depth knowledge of the concepts, theories and methodologies of human resources management;

  • developing organizational communication strategies to improve labor relations;
  • competent use of procedures and software specific to information systems based on organizations and labor relations social indicators.
