Mircea Comșa has over 25 years of experience in social research, in national and international teams in the academic and private sectors. His research and teaching interests are: sociological survey methodology, social research design, electoral studies, statistical analysis and data mining. He is or has been a member of the following research teams: Public Opinion Barometer – BOP (Foundation for an Open Society, 1998-2008), Romanian Electoral Studies (2009-2016), World / European Values Survey – WVS / EVS (Romanian team, since 1999) and Comparative Study of Electoral Systems – CSES (waves 3-5).
