Dr. Emrah Irzik is an adjunct instructor of Sociology at Babeş-Bolyai University and Boğaziçi University. Previously, he has been an independent researcher for the Fair Labor Association. His research focuses on the political economy of knowledge goods production and distribution. In his teaching, he integrates historical sociology, political sociology, political economy and philosophy, in the tradition of open social science.
