– Familiarizarea cu cele mai importante dezbateri contemporane privind sindicalizarea și formele contemporane alternative de organizare și rezistență colectivă
– Analiza comparativă a sindicalizării și a formelor de rezistență și negociere colectivă a muncii într-un context global/regional
Obiectivele specifice
– Intelegerea diversitatii sociale, culturale, politice a fenomenului sindicalizării
– Analiza istoric-comparativă a practicilor de organizare și contestare la nivel regional și global
– Investigarea conflictelor de muncă în funcție de particularitatea diverselor sectoare ale pieței muncii
